Program updates

It seems that every time I try to check for updates on the software I have it tries to get me to re-register the program...then tells me that the serial is already in use. Magix needs to get this fixed before they piss off others as bad as me. Anyone have the same problem?

Thank you for asking question that was in my mind. I would like to add further.
Some time Magix Music Maker 16 Premium dv. when I open ask me to update. when I follow guidance it says it is already updated. Then guess what?
it start showing error.

So, what I do now, if I see this update message I ignore, then later I check manually if there is any new up date available or not.

In short:
If just re-install software, in this case ask me to register the product, when I try it says, this product is already registered.
Should I Bang my head or not? offcourse not it will hurt right.

Now a days a new problem, program started crushing on ME.
