Program quit working

This is my favorite music editing program. It just quit working. Gives me choices to wait until it works again (I'm too impatient). Or Continue use (not recommended). Or to close the program. Is there a patch or fix? May have been caused by a recent Windows 10 Update.

It also has an option to report the problem to Microsoft. I have several times but got no response.

I would like to speak to a technician who can walk me through a solution. Perhaps download and reinstall the program again.
