Program crashing constantly.

Hi,

I've purchased Music Maker Premium 2021,(64Bit) version 29.0.6.36

I'm using Windows 10 Home on a Lenovo G50-70,

Processor:- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-451OU CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.60 GHz

RAM:- 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

System type:- 64-bit Operating System,b x64-based processor.

The software keeps crashing when i'm using it. I need help, this is very frustrating.

Plus as stated earlier I purchased the Premium Package but now only showing up as 'Music Maker' and keeps asking me to pay for 'More Tracks' (which I have already done) before allowing me to load my projects.

Again please help,,,

@Antonn-Black You need to log into your user account or else Music Maker will not load paid features.

If you cannot log in you can try to go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store and then log in again.

What are you doing when the program crashes? Are all your drivers up to date? Is Windows 10 up to date?
