Program crashes when I try to alter loop pitches using split tool

Can anyone offer some advice please. When I try to change the pitches of loops in the pitch bar using the split tool, the program just locks up. Does anyone know how to rectify this. I cant seem to find any info from the manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.

We need more information on your computer, the version of the program you are using - see this topic for details of what is required.

Also does this occur with all loops or specific loops, a screenshot of the timeline may also help.
