product registration

Movie Edit Pro 16 will not let me register the product. I am told i entered the serial number wrong, but this is not the case, I entered it exactly as on the back of my cd sleave

If you are sure that the number is correct (even with "-" and so on), please contact the support or better the customer service. Never heared of this.
