just purchased movie studio suite and upon creating an account there is no place on the page to enter my 20 digit software download code. Need help, feel as if i have been scammed.

Where did you purchase the software from, eg Magix through their website or a 3rd party site/retailer?
If you purchased direct from Magix, then you should have received an confirmation email which includes your serial number and download links, do check your email Spam as the email does occassionally end up there.
If you purchased from a 3rd party retailer, such as BestBuy, you should have a Voucher/coupon code which you redeem here - you will then receive an email as above. If you cannot redeem the voucher then you need to take this up with the retailer.
