I purchased Movie Studio 16 Platinum 16.0 some time ago, I recently had to reformat my computer and then redownloaded the program but now when I enter the email and serial number it gives me the message that it is already registered to another email error code -24. I know for a fact I would have only used one of two emails for this and neither are working. I have also un-installed and re-installed it three times now trying to correct this issue. How can I find the email used for this?
