Cannot find whom/how to contact support. Received PGD as gift, but it is registered to purchaser's email. How do I change to my existing email addy/account? I have both the serial number and the purchase order number.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

The purchaser needs to contact infoservice@magix.net and explain that the product has been gifted to you and that the new owner's (your) email address is...........

Once this has been changed by the purchaser you should be able to register and activate the product without problem, using your own email address.
