Producerplanet purchased soundpool dissapeared in Magix Music Maker?

Can someone please assist. I previously purchased soundpools from producerplanet and showed up in my Magix music maker library. It just dissapeared and not sure how to get back. Files is still downloaded on pc. Help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Check that you are still logged in to the Store - your email address should appear top right of the programs window if you are.

Also try logging out of the store, restart Music maker and then log back in to the Store.
