Because we are all fellow-users I doubt that anyone here can offer you a solution to this, other than to keep trying! It is possible that the Magix servers have a problem but it is also possible that there is a problem with the required 2 factor verification process now required for purchases. (Please see this pinned post for a full explanation of this requirement.) It might be worth checking with your bank or card issuer that they can handle this legal requirement. If they cannot, unfortunately you will need to find an alternative method of payment, I think.
I've had a similar problem with the Producer Planet website today, it's thrown me an "Authentication Exception" when I attempted to log in. Didn't even make it to payment, just the log in with my own email continually fails for some reason. I attempted to reset my password in case that was the problem, but it wouldn't even let me do that either, just said it "couldn't reset", so I presume that comes from the same error.
I can log in to my magix account and buy software with no problem, but get an error trying to buy from producer planet. I tried loading the previous version of MM and it will not allow purchases. This is frustrating as heck.

This is frustrating because you cannot seem to get in touch with support.
Hi everyone, we're now the 9th of the month, and I too can't login on producerplanet, nor can I fetch my missing soundpools in Music Maker or login to the store from there.
