proDAD ACTIVITION

I bought Movie Studio 2025 Suite and after download & installed, I realised under proDAD that is, picture enhanzr RT, CMOS fixr pro, Mercalli pro, Mercalli RT are all lock. I have tried entering the activation code several time to unlock them but still invalid. Can someone please help to activate them, thank you.

If you are absolutely certain that you are entering the supplied code correctly (e.g., check for (number) 1 or (letter) L or (number) 0 or (letter) O) you need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask them for a correct code.

There are no Magix staff here so no-one can offer any other advice and please do not post your code in the forum!

Thank you Jeff, yes I am sure I entered the code correctly, because I did copy and paste, also I retype as well. But I realized after download, it only installed ReSpeedr. 2.0 separately, not within Movie Studio Suite and the code is working there perfectly. I want to activate picture enhanzr RT, CMOS fixr pro, Mercalli pro, Mercalli RT, as well, any help will be much appreciated.

Hi.

The ReSpeeder and Mercalli Pro have different activation codes. The one you need for Mercalli Pro and it's counterparts should be visible in the Effects section you downloaded it from.

Look for that suite of plugins using the Effects Tab.

Hi.

I've just checked my own and the Mercalli Pro does not appear in that section. Only ProDad Vitascene is showing in my program.

The activation for Mercalli should have been shown as a download link to follow in your program purchase conformation email.

After following the download link there may also have been an activation code supplied of which you should have kept a copy for future use. If you have kept your purchase email you may still be able to follow the links provided.

All of my product activation codes I keep together in a plain text Notepad document.

Hi,

According to what I see on the Magix.com website, only BCC Boris FX Chroma Key Studio comes with Suite. The proDAD plugins do not as far as I can tell.

Did you purchase Suite or Ultimate?

How did the proDAD plugins get onto your computer? From a previous purchase?
