I have Magix Movie Edit Pro 16.

A few months ago I paid £5 for the mp4 plug in, most times if I try to import a raw mp4 video file in to Magix movie Edit pro 16, the software freezes.

Other times it allows me to edit a mp4 file but when I try to export it in any format the exported file is slow, it stutters a lot, shudders and parts of it are very blocky.

Other times it allows me to edit a mp4 file and I make the video lighter or darker, but when I try to export it in any format again the exported file runs very slow, it stutters a lot, shudders and parts of it are very blocky.

But when I look at the original file, the file is perfect, its pin sharp and in 720p HD video.

The video was taken on Samsung Galaxy S2 smart phone.

My PC has

Windows 7 64 bit pro.
Intel Q6600 quad core cpu, over clocked to 3.1 ghz
4 gb DDR3 ram
Nvidia GT440 1gb graphics card + latest drivers.
7200 rpm 500gb hard drive

To name a few things so I have lots of power, but every time I try to edit Mp4 video in Magix movie Edit pro 16 I get the above problems.

I even down loaded your latest version of Magix movie Edit pro and again I get same problems as above.

I've been using different versions of Magix movie Edit pro for 9 yrs and I love it but the above is now a huge problem.

Please help.
