Problems with Installation

I purchased a key and when I register the product it says that all of the files have been removed. This is for Music Maker 16. I tried to install on two computers. Both are Vista. One Premium and one Ultimate.

Has anyone had to deal with this or has seen this before? The files were there in the trial version.

I also got windows vista premium and from Magix Music Maker 16 I upgraded to Magix Music Maker 16 Premium. I checked your image and this kind of error appears time to time. In real, you did not move anything but you can see this error. To solve this problem usually I use Reset soundpool then from Add styles I add Basic 16 folder but your program looks incomplete to me therefore please read below.

Your question is not clear, you said, "when you register the product it says all of the files have been removed" but in the image you can see in Soundpool styles there are there are only three items, HipHop, Rockalternative, Technotrance. However, in full version or complete download there are also two more Chillout and House refer image for details for Box version MMM 16 it will show you what is included.

Regarding your error image it could be solved but before that I suggest please download other items from Magix to complete it. For reference you can check this pdf though it is for MMM 16 Premium.

Hi,

I am sorry to know you are still facing problem.(Better check image below first)
Please try like this.
First un install MMM 16
Then clear Browser history and cookies.
This time install MMM 16 on the computer you used to place order and gotten your Magix confirmation e-mail with serial number and download link.
Install fully. See if this helps or not.

One thing when you installed extra items (Soundpool) for adding did you use Add styles Button or not? because if Easy mode is on you can not do that. I can not see any synthesizer or else in your screen shot.
Please take a look at my screen shot that may help you to understand.

i have same problem!! i really want my money back the ogg files dont work nothing.... i tried to reinstall everything and download all the content packs still didnt work ...when i buy a product i want it to work in tip top shape...without reinstalling and other stuff to do... music maker prenumi should be worth 25 bucks not $100
