Hello. I' m not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong, as I had movie edit pro 16 plus and never had a problem with exporting. I have a promotional video I am editing. I shot it 1920 x 1080 at 30fps on a canon xf100. It is 5 min long. I have the movie settings set the same as the export settings and Im trying to export it as an Mpeg4 for the web. Here's the confusing part, I exported it to previewas an avi and it was gorgeous. I exported it when it was about half way done as an mpeg4 and it was good. But when I finished, and added titles and credits, it went down hill. I exported it and boom, compression artifacts, blocking etc. I tried boosting the bit rate to no avail. I tried seeting a 2 pass, variable frame rate, and a 2 pass on the rate. Still blocky after export. Now just for curiosity sake, I put the blocky mpeg4 on my phone, and it worked fine. No artifacts. So, on my desktop it exports blocky, but if it is transferred to my phone, it plays well. Ive tried using the easy export button, which renders and exports, not blocky but choppy. It skips and doesnt play smoothly. Like tge speed has been slowed down. Im so frustrated as im exhausting my options. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
