Problems VST function in Sound Forge 11 but all work fine in Win 7

Sound Forge 11 have problems inserting VST feature function like Soundness 5 which Sound Forge 11 would work with WIN 10. used VST worked fine with Win 7, now with Win 10 will not work.

What do you mean by inserting? Using it from the effects menu as single vst or inserting it in the plugin chain?
