Help!. I need advice on basic set up for Music maker premium 2017 doesn't seem listed in Frequent Questions.  Programme is not recognising audio inputs, and I can't hear playback of midi tracks. I need checklist advice on basic set up to make sure compatibility with Microsoft audio driver/in and out puts. Any advice? Thanks
