Hello to all Magix audio experts!

My name is Victor, I'm from Portugal and I bought Music Maker 2025 Premium online, with the Loops Unlimited pack (annual). 

I received the coupon to access the pack of loops and samples, but I'm almost at the end of the process and it still asks me to pay by card, when it should be free! Look at the image below, I'm at this point and I can't go any further because the system always asks me to pay in full:

In other words, the system always asks me to pay for what should be free. Why does this happen? Or am I doing something wrong so I can't unblock access?

I'd appreciate any help, please.🙏
