Problems downloading Magic Maker?

Whenever I try to download this file it keeps saying virus/spyware blocked and to contact my admin, although I a the admin. Can you help me?

I think this is the clue to what is happening and where you should be looking for the cause - check your Antivirus program - it is probably blocking the download fro some reason.
