Hi,

It seems you have purchased soundpool other than Magix website? or only older soundpool got no BPM file. I got older Magix Soundpool, new Soundpool too.

If you are not talking about Soundpool DVD and you purchased from some where then first save that on your computer some where you can remember. Open Magix Music Maker than use add button. It seems you are using Music maker special edition therefore use the way how you add. I am Magix Music Maker 16 and 16 Premium user and use Add button.

If you still face problem, send message in details such as

By soundpool do you mean extra contents packs? or

you purchased Soundpool from Magix or else?

What is Genre name like Hip Hop, techno or else

Does all auido files are of same BPM such as 80, 100, 120 or 160

Thank you

Hi

@gary-robinson

Please do not resurrect old topics this one is 6 years old.

. . . . I had a computer Technician to make the gigabits into TB somehow my files got lost . . . .

What did the 'technician' do - add another hard drive or delete files on the current hard drive to make space?

. . . . Music make it 16 platinum . . .

There is no such program - what is the full name and version number as found under Help, About. . . . ?

Hi

. . . . I purchased several chill outs and other audio from MAGIX and I can't find the download links to reload them . . . .

Assuming you purchased the Soundpools from Catooh, links are only available for 14 days from purchase and it is your responsibility to make backups of the Soundpools downloaded see section 11.4 here.

However the response you have given does not relate to what was asked - please respond to the questions asked, be clear and as precise as possible, see this post, posting none essential information does not help us to help you.
