Problem with Sound Card

My sound card works with my Microsoft Windows 10. When I try to use Sound Forge pro, I get the message "you need a valid sound card"

First, you chose Audio Cleaning Lab as your product, but then asked in your post about Sound Forge Pro. Which product is it?

Then, please tell us a lot more about your computer (this post will give you a good idea of what we need to know) and especially about your sound card.
