Problem with software (Serial Key removed by Moderator)

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and confidential data, like your serial key, should never be posted here. Hence I have edited your thread title to remove it.

Unfortunately, your question, when translated to English, cannot be understood. Please explain what is meant by the 12th Trinal.

The program saying it is the trial version and you have 12 days left would suggest the program has not been activated with the serial number you should have received by email on completion of the purchase.

Check you email spam folder to see if the email is there.
