How long does it take the CD/DVD of the program to ship? I bought mine on June 16th, 2020 of this year and I'm still waiting. lol
After activating the program make sure you're logged into the store. Anything you have purchased should be available for download. Either with the store or from the downloads tab where you can install all content.
Okay, so I RE-DOWNLOADED the Magic Music Maker 28 without a problem. Cool. However, I ALSO now have to re-download all the instruments and soundloops once again. Not a problem. EXCEPT.....NOW when I go to the Store WHILE LOGGED IN, it says I have ACQUIRED Loops Unlimited. However, it only let me freely download FIVE soundloops before it then started listing PRICES for each loop! I was under the impression that if I bought a one year contract for Loops Unlimited, that I had FREE, UNLIMITED ACCESS to ALL the loops and to download them all for FREE! Was I mistaken? This is so frustrating! (P.S.: I also never got the $14.99 CD/DVD supplement that was supposed to come with my Magic Music Maker 28 and am not even sure if my current MM28 is "registered" though I think it is?)
