Hi

I have not enocuntered this problem with MX - however I would suggest as a first step search for the Videodeluxe.ini file - there may be several and hidden - and delete them, then restart MEP.

Yes, I saw he videodeluxe.ini file when it crashed after I clicked the crash report. It was the first thing up there in the technical report. Nornally, I don't mess with any of the files and I did a work around. In this case, I didn't do the restore project and instead closed that prompt and went to the open file and access the file there which it loaded up fine. If deleting the file will stop this, I'm hesitant but I'll give it a shot.

Thanks

Hi

If your work around enables to to continue editing and does not cause any problems with transitions then there  is no need to delete/rename the videodeluxe.ini file.

If the problems persist then delete, or rename if you prefer, the videodeluxe.ini file, then start MEP.
