Dear Sirs, A few days ago I bought from you the Samplitude Pro X7 Suite upgrade from X4 Suite and when i load the VSTi Grand Piano the message "is not activate" is displayed. How can I solve this problem? Regards, Chrysostomos Kalampakas
@METAXIA-KALAMPAKA7170 My guess is it only works in Samplitude Pro X4. If you want to use it in Samplitude Pro X7, you need to install Music Maker (the free edition) and register this program to the same e-mail address like your version of Samplitude Pro X7 and buy the Grand Piano instrument in the Music Maker in-app-store, then download and install it.
