Problem with Effects - Dinamics - Graphic

Effects - Dinamics - Graphic works not as expected. I use preset

Limit levels to -6 dB (hard limiter)

But I still have long tails with sound higher than Hard limiter's settings.

How can I make it work proper?

The graphic dynamics tool cannot function as a (so-called) 'brick-wall limiter," nor does it detect ISPs (Inter Sample Peaks.. if that's a problem).Try Sound Forge Pro's two-stage 'Wave Hammer', LoudMax or the Kjaerhus Audio Classic Master Limiter, there are many others.. free or otherwise... search.
