This is a source of constant frustration for me, mostly when recording my voice for audio book narrations. I use ACL 2013, and almost everytime I record a chapter, the beginning and/or end will be cut off by several seconds, basically by the decision of the software, I'm assuming because there's too much of a silent period. Is there any adjustment that I can make to fix this? I know how to recover the "cut off" parts, but having to check everytime you record something, gets to be a pain, and then there are the times, when you may forget to check and see if it's all there, and then realize too late, after applying the realtime effects and saving the file. Again, is there anything I can adjust or switch off, to make the software not cut off the audio file to where it thinks it should start or end?
