Problem uploading photos to website

I am trying to upload a new website using Web Designer 10 Premium with a dial up connection which has always worked well for my old web design program Serif WebPlus. The upload gets stuck in a loop with larger photos or several smaller photos. I can only upload if I delete the larger photo which is only 129Kb. I can transfer the files using FileZilla but they still dont show on the live website. Any help appreciated.

Using Xara Web Designer 10 Premium.

Had to make the photo file size alot smaller and it worked. Must something to do with Web Designer not liking my dial up connection, as I have used several website design programs over the years and never had a problem.
