Does Magix provide an email address or phone number for technical support? I'm trying to solve an unusual technical problem related to software but I can't find help anywhere. Terrible service!

I have two movie studios in 2023 on two computers and a problem with NewBlue.I can install it on one computer, but on the other NewBlue sees it as if I want to install one of their programs on two computers. I wrote to their help department. They advised me that I shall open another account on NewBlue. I did, but it didn't work. Would you know how to fix it?
As John (@browj2) wrties, you need to use the Support header link.
However, it is my understanding that you may not be able to do what you are suggesting. I think any NewBlue serial key can be attached to only one NewBlue account so, unless you are prepared to buy a second copy of whichever effect you are trying to use you will not be able to do this.
