Problem loaded sound from a take in Movie Edit Pro 17

Hello allamaal,

Ik wil van 80 take aa video maken.

Deze foto: laat zien dat ongeveer na 2/3 deel van de sound track the curve plat is. Geen geluid dus. Dat is bij ongeveer 25% van de 80 takes het geval en altijd na de helft van de geladen geuid tot het eind, soms kort en niet meer dan 40% van het geluid.

De takes hebben 3 verschillende formaten: .MTS., .MP4 en .MOV - Het treedt alleen op in de .MP4 takes.

Het geluid is aanwezig in de originele takes, afgespeeld in Windows Media player en VCL media player.

@mi-bo antwoordde (waarvoor dank!) om "frametable" te activeren vóór het laden van de takes in Movie Edit Pro 17.

Dat heb ik gedaan maar het resultaat is hetzelfde. Ik heb deze kwestie ook lopen bij Magix zelf, maar na 3 dagen nog steeds geen antwoord gekregen. Als er antwoord komt zal ik dit hier melden.

From one of your other posts I see you are using a shareware version of MEP 17.

Can you load a MP4 onto a timeline and get the audio?

If you are using Windows 10 then MEP 17 is not compatible with this version of Windows and you need to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version.

The most likely cause of the issue is that the MP4 codec is not present, activated or cannot handle the audio format in the mp4 files.

I would recommend that you upgrade to the current version of MEP, purchasing direct from from Magix and not use unknown freeware versions of the program.

MEP 17 is no longer supported.

waarom op de Engelse Forum en niet op de Dutch ( Nederlandse Forum. maar ik heb een vermoeden dat het aan de extensie van de muziek ligt want ik heb geen problemen zie hieronder gr mi-bo

@mi-bo: Only 1 take is not enough to see the effect. By me it is seen in 25% of the takes.

@johnebaker: I have a legal version bought and have a Magix CD/DVD.

Why do you suppose that I have a shareware of freeware version??

My opsys is Win7 Home.

The codec is bought and the codec key installed.

Download of a new trial version of MEP is not possible,

I can download the download manager but after starting it does nothing anymore.

I've tried over and over again to start the downoad manager but nothing happen, only the big circle is seen a short moment.,

I'm stuck.

Wat John omschrijft dat MEP 17 niet werkt laat ik buiten de discussie, dan is er een mogelijkheid als geregistreerde gebruiker bij MAGIX, om via magix.com, icoon rechts aanklikken, dan aanmelden met e-mail adres en wachtwoord bekend bij MAGIX dan gaat er een scherm open, mijn producten, hier zal ook MEP 17 staan,
activeer de serienummer, ga naar installatie programma, dan wordt er een trial versie gedownload, door eerst de 6 cijfers in te vullen, trial installeren, dan serienummer invoeren, en wordt het gehele programma geinstalleerd, via help online actualiseren, is het product compleet, via translate voor John vertaald

@mi-bo: Ondertussen dat de download is "running" even een opmerking.

Er is geen keuze welke versie van MEP je download.

De download file heet Movieeditpro17_div_en.exe

Dus is dit nu de 17 versie weer? Als die nu wel werktt, oke, anders download ik voor niets.

Anyway, dank voor antwoord!

Ik meld wel als alles goed/fout gaat.

Apologies it was Robyroe1 who pointed to the shareware version in your previous question.

That is the old version 17 of MEP for which you have the disc.

The latest version download manager is called

trial_movieeditpro2017xxxxx_dlm.exe and the link is on this page below the green pricing boxes for the Dutch version

The actual installation file is

Movie_Edit_Pro_Premium_2017_xxxxxx_DLV_yy-YY_160816_14-24_16_0_1_22.exe

the xxxxx in both above is the version eg plus, premium etc and the yy-YY is the country code.

I don't want a Durch version. My computers are in Enlish and my wife and son don't speak Dutch. Portuguese is our home language.

I have selected this one: trial_movieeditpro2017plus_dim.exe

As I several times have anounced, I cannot download the EXE file because it is refused.

After weeks of efforts up to now I don't have a workable version!!
