Problem activating

Problem whit activation music maker, I Got serial number P3-Removed by Moderator... If open program and trying activate nothing happen, when go to create activation code and trying wrote computer ID still nothing happen, its only - error activating pls trying pater. My ID its Removed by Moderator When trying acctivate via dialogue window at softwear show error code 14 . Pls help or find some solution.

Please do not post serial numbers, order numbers of other private information - it is the quickest way of losing your product.

Error code 14 during a MAGIX product activation, means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.

Check which program you have installed is what you ordered.

We cannot give you the correct program - as I said above this is a user to user forum.

If you purchased the program direct from Magix your serial number and a download link to the software you purchased are in the confirmation email you will have received.

again - how can you not help? I buy a key on your website - then I download softwear - and it turns out that one of them does not match - then how do I find a matching program for the key ???? - two - enter the key on his account on his web account - I enter the system ID (legal) and there is an error - what is -? should I understand that I paid for the non-working code and downloaded the incompatible program ??? please answer or refer me to the person who will give me the answer .... something else - from the downloaded program you cannot log into the account on your website - the update is downloaded and nothing happens. These are user to user forums, there are no Magix staff here and you did not buy anything from our website, we don't have one!

As John says Error code 14 during a MAGIX product activation, means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.

What is the exact address of whichever website you bought the product from? Please quote the full address here. If you had purchased from the Magix website you would have received an email confirming the purchase and including an activation/serial key, almost certainly not a coupon.

@john-doe The activate windows shows every time in Music Maker. Just close it and download all features from the download tab. After that use your coupons in the in-app-store.

I have a PROBLEM ACTIVATING my store bought copy of Sound Forge 12. after installing the program and before i can start it I am prompted to activate. i enter the numbers and submit them. after a few moments a notification tells me Magix is unable to make the connection necessary to activate. So i came to the support page, register and try the other methods of activation with no success. Any ideas? How do i get Magix to get their shatner together and make that d4mn connection for me? thanks already for your input :)

@john-doe You can try to go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. You wrote that you downloaded an update. This can cause problems with logging in. Cleaning the store will delete the old cache files which can help in such cases.

I dont can do nothing, any button whitout reaction - login to shop or switch on licence - any - last time - after buy serial nr, I download soft - and nothing - just using free version whit max 8 track,s that all
