I have a Ninja Blade which records and stores in either Prores or DNxHD formats. According to Magix, Pro x7 can import these files formats yet I cannot obtain either video ro audio from imported clips, why is this?

I found that there is a lot of Video formats Magix claims it can import but doesn't. I use Acrok HD Video Converter, take some time to learn it. It can almost work with any video format. You have TOTAL control of the conversion out come, but you will need to change the default settings to make sure you get the best output with no bit loss. So far it has never crashed and it seems a little slow but that is expected if you are converting bit to bit. I think I paid $60CND last year, well worth the price.

Oh, and the codes it came with didn't mess up my computer! A big bonus!!!
