Music maker crashed on me, (it does this fairly often when working with some of the vst plugins) but when restarting the program and then the PC, songmaker has disappeared off the bottom.

Tried to reactivate the product, but there was an error with that as well !!!!

Anyone know whats going on and how to fix it? I have sent a support request in as I need to get this fixed sooner rather than later.
