I upgraded to premium 2022 and now I don't have access to my soundpools. Nor am I able to export or import my files unless I pay again. Please fix this or refund me all of my money spent on soundpools and various upgrades immediately!!!

You are very likely not correctly logged into your user account and therefore all features are disabled. Please check if you are correctly logged in. If this doesn't work then please go into the program settings and click and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache of the store. Usually the login will work again after doing this.
