I bought the premium version and installed it but i still have only the free version. when I open the program it is still the free version. i have uninstalled and reinstalled with the premium version install link but have had no success. any help would be appreciated

On the initial splash screen you see when the program opens, towards the top right hand side, do you see the button "Enter serial key". Have you done this? If so, with what result? Are you actually shown at the top right hand side as being logged in?

when i click on the button to input my serial number the program does not do anything unfortunately. it sort of freezes then closes the window
