@EOHAudioEditor And the buffer size in the driver settings is big enough? You could start with something like 512 samples. If you have an extremely small buffer size, this could cause pops and clicks.

Is USB energy suspending enabled in the Windows energy settings? Sometimes the USB audio interface might not get enough energy. So this should be disabled.

Next, the interface driver could be in corrupted state. In that case it's worth a try to unplug the interface, restart the computer (please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option) and then plug it back in.

It was absolutely the Driver. New PC Security wasn't allowing access.
