pops and hiss removal

I've been transfering old vinal recordings to digital and need to remove the pops and hiss. Am I just not finding the right tool or is there even one available on Samplitude?

Check to see if you have the MAGIX Music Editor in the MAGIX menu in the main Windows menu. Music Editor has some cleaning functions (i.e. denoiser, dehisser, declicker) under the EDIT menu.

Really bad scratches and pops can be reduced or eliminated manually if necessary. However, if they occur during a dense musical passage, a slight dropout will be heard.
