Right click on your photo and choose the external edit feature (which pulls the photo into Photo Designer 6 application -free download when you purchase the 8 deluxe application).  Then select "1Click" on the tool bar near the top of the page.  You can select "Transform into Painting" and then go through the various effects to see which comes closest to what you are trying to emulate.
