Poor support and poor customer satisfaction

Almost a month ago I purchased the Magix studio I did the download, and it would not load in I sent in a support request and 5 days later i get a response to my request (remember I just purchased it and 5 days later I could not use it). When i finally get a response the have a link to a patch that was supposed to work, Guess what no response. I had ordered the disk whit the download thinking that the disk would load up but guess what no such luck. This could be a great program but how would i ever know. Go to their website and try finding a support number or a customer service number if it is there it is well hidden. If i could figure out a way to get a refund i would but that is as elusive as the support, they offer.

SAVE SOME FUSTRATION Don't buy

@Ronald-Mulcock

Hi

. . . .  it would not load in . . . .

This is a common issue with this is your Antivirus/Firewall is blocking the Installation Manager - the first part you download - from running or accessing the Internet to download the main program install. Try disabling the Realtime/Folder/ransomware protection feature and dowload/run the Installation manager again.

. . . . Go to their website and try finding a support number or a customer service number if it is there it is well hidden . . . .

Use the Support link at the top of every forum page.

Select your product, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Contact Support, follow through the subsequent pages.

A response will take several days as today is the first day of the Xmas holidays in Germany.
