To be sure MEP only supports two camera multi editing (Plus and Premium version) but the first release of Video Pro X already had IIRC four camera multi track and the web site says the latest version:

MultiCam mode allows image control in realtime on up to nine tracks depending on system performance, making it ideal for demanding video productions.

Have you tried using VPX's native multi cam feature? It's not my style of shooting but what I did try in my early version of VPX indicated that it worked very well.

Elsewhere is the note that VPX has:

I can't fint any reference to it exporting directly to Magix editors but that might come in a new version.
