Not sure what steps you've taken so far and what is going wrong, but I suggest you try the following: Find the VDF/plugin file (e.g. "logoaway.vdf") on your hard drive. In MEP 14+ in the plugin manager dialogue, make sure that a search path is pointing to the location of the VDF file. You can either add a new search path to the location or go the other way and move the VDF file to a hard disc location you've already configured a search path for. After that is set up, you will probably have to restart the program. When you next go into the plugin manager dialogue and try to apply a VirtualDub plugin to a video object, the program should detect the plugin(s) you have pointed it to.
