To get the effect go to Design Element- Image Object- Deco- Fireworks. please how do i get this effect back? do i reinstall the software? won't i loose the titles and other things i already save. I need help

That effect is produced by 3 files: rocket.mxv, rocket.cfx and rocket.wav, all located (on my PC) in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MAGIX\Movie_Edit_Pro_MX_Premium_Download_Version\OverlayFX\Deko\
Do you have those? If not at that location, search and see if they exist anywhere on your PC.
Presumably you do have all the other 31 effects in the Deco section?
If all that is OK, open a fourth file in the same folder: Translation_EN.ini
That should include the following 4 lines of text:
[rocket]
name=Fireworks
min_length=4
min_length_dec=1000
If not, add them (after saving a backup of the original).
