The software (3d Maker 7) refused to install in my laptop despite all attempts and did not show any error message.
Am not happy about your attitude to your customers. It is over one year now i complained about the misbehavior of your application which I bought from you. and you didn't do anything about it and did not send your reply to my email address to enable me to answer your question.
@Ogbegbe-JohnsonU 3D Maker 7 is very old. I believe it was last updated in 2011? The old downloaders probably no longer work, which is a general problem for Magix software released before 2014. You need to contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for a direct download link.
Please be aware that this is a user forum and not Magix support. We are all users like you.
Please don't wait another year to answer our questions for specific error messages.
Just to reassure you; I have just changed my computer, now running Windows 11, and Xara 3D Maker 7 installed without any issue.
Assuming you registered your original installation and so have a Magix account, go to https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/, log in, go to My products and find the listing for 3D Maker 7. The installer and serial key can be found there.
As @SP. advised you, these are user to user forums, there are no Magix staff here so complaints made here about Magix’ attitude are completely pointless!
. . . . After reformatting my pc the Xara 3D make 7 refused to be installed. please what can i do to reinstall it again? . . .
The downloader will run, tested on Windows 11, however it fails to start the download and closes, this would suggest it cannot find the download server as @SP. has commented above
Due to the long time interval between your initial post and response, you are now outside the 'support period' for Xara 3D Maker 7, which, IIRC is 1 year from date of purchase.
During this time interval the program has become obsolete, and is no longer available for purchase from Magix or Xara.

Agreed! Very bizarre! I redownloaded the installer from my account and attempted to run it, but it almost immediately closed, as you say. I wonder why the installer is still available if the download server is now unavailable?
Please follow the advice given earlier and contact infoservice@magix.net and ask for a direct link to the full installer. I have it saved on my PC, hence why I could reinstall it very recently (I thought I had used the installer in my Magix account, but apparently not!). As I wrote before, it will install, and run, under Windows 11 even though it is now very old.
