Please help!

just downloaded from web with serial number. download successful, entered info to activate with serial number. Came back with error code 24 saying serial number was already registered to another email and to contact Magix support. Anyone else get this? What can I do or how do I get to customer support? Please help! Thank you

Thank you for responding! First time user and trying to get a vid done to play at my daughters wedding reception. I I purchased Photostory Deluxe (US) from the Magix website and had the disk sent by mail. Decided to download yesterday from the internet, however, to make sure I got the most current version. Used serial number and website listed with box and got everything downloaded, but then it asked to activate with serial number and email address. This is where the Error code: -24 came up. It said, "this serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact Magix support". Finally found the support number - in England. Can anyone help? If not, do you know of a support number in the US? Thanks!!!!

I would suggest you to enter the "personal section" with your email and see what apps do it show
