Hello,

My first post. Just purchased Samplitude Pro X3 Suite.

I am surprised to see that after all these years there are only 147 Samplitude related posts?
Am I reading it wrong?

How does one limit their search to the Samplitude Forum?
I want to search a few items pertaining only to Samplitude.

That is because Samplitude Pro and Sequoia have their own forum. Join up here.

It was not. Spent hours and many ways to get it to work but no luck. Sent several emails for help but no luck. I registered Sound Forge but that did not help. Pulled my hair out but that also did not help.

At this point all want to do is join the Forum. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I sound a bit upset but it is so as I am very frustrated. I belong to many forums and this is the first time I had to ask for help.

Let me add that Magix has already sent me 5 emails so that know my emails, my name and address and the the purchase that I have made.

From what I recall, you have to create an account for the forum; it is not linked to your registration of Samplitude. I joined long before I bought Samplitude. I was using Samplitude Music Studio at the time. Look for a create user button or something like that.

I made at least 30 attempts to "please confirm" using various email addresses. I quit and rejoined but it did not help. Magix never replied. to my pleas for help. They have communicated to me about the sale at my main email address so they know email address. Finally used my Yahoo email address and on the third attempt "please confirm" sent me the confirmation email. So one must own a Samplitude product to join the forum. Apparently there are two forums? Sorry a bit confused. browj2 thanks for the help.

Same problem here... I am unable to register.. I've tried 2 valid emails, one of which is my official Samplitude Email and the other one just as a test... It comes up with "Sending a confirmation email" dialog box and that's it.. I never see the email.. It's not in my SPAM etc folders either... What gives here? I've been at this for a week, Googling, Binging and searching the various Pro-Audio forums and getting nowhere... Not a real encouraging sign for a brand new user to X3 Suite.. So where is this illusive forum and how do I sign up? Link and STEP BY STEP instructions please....Thanks in advance...

Hi Steve,

I see your post in the Samplitude Forum and hopefully someone will reply with a solution. Or, try raising a ticket with Samplitude support. Since the web site was upgraded recently, it may be that new users can't sign up but Magix doesn't know about it.

In the mean, look up Kraznet on YouTube. He has done more than 150 tutorials on Samplitude.

Thanks browj2. Been looking at the Kraznet videos. Great stuff. I'm going to open a support ticket because I suspect you are correct that Magix isn't aware new registrations aren't going through. Thanks again.

When I used my yahoo email address is when I receive the confirmation email. There are two forums, one in Magix.info an the bigger forum at Magix.net. As far as I know you have to own a Magix product to be able to sign up.
