@Randy-Thompson Be sure that you record with the same sample rate as you play back. If you record in 48 kHz but your project plays back in 44.1 kHz there is a speed difference of about 8%.

Thank you, I finally found that, but my issue was also in the M-Audio....had a different sample rate there too. All seems to be good now. Thanks again for the help
