Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab Play Button and or Space bar does not initiate play. An older program Magix Audio And Music Lab Premium works fine as do do other audio software programs. What could be the cause. Windows 10.

Without a lot more information from you about your computer it is really quite difficult to suggest a solution!! Please read this post to see the sort of details that are really helpful.
However, I'm going to guess it is the setting of Options>Playback parameters (shortcut P) that may be wrong. See the screenshot below of that screen on my machine, using SFACL 2.
Make sure that ALL the settings match what your audio interface expects, even if you are using the built-in Windows Audio, especially the driver. (Mine shows as ASIO because of the audio interface I use; your options will quite possibly be quite different.)
