Hey, I am using Movie Edit pro Premium and am making a video where I would like to put an icon of my Logo in the Top right corner of the screen. Well, Picture in Picture has presets that are too big. How do I make it smaller and how do I control the plugin?

Mark the Logo, and go to Effects > Movement effects > Size and Position and change the size and position as you like with the mouse.
Adding a bit to asoeli's answer: You need to have the logo on a lower (higher number) track for it to appear in front of your background object.
Here the logo object is selected (by clicking on it in track number 2) and it becomes outlined (in the preview monitor) with a dotted line and several handles which can be click dragged with the mouse.
