PhotoStory Transition Apply

I'm demo using the trial version of PhotoStory Deluxe 2016.     When looking at the first few slides in the storyboard, I can drag transitions to them just fine.   But when I scroll over to look at slides 6 and up, dragging a transition to any of these slides sends the storyboard back to the first 5 slides and applies the transition to a random point between those slides.

This is one of the limitations of using the trial version, there are others as wel,l in particular exporting the final video length is limited to 3 mins.

Actually, that's not it.  I found out I could do it in Timeline view and that was pretty much my last hurdle to buying the software -- so, now I have the full version and I still have the same issue in the story board view applying transitions.

So the workaround of doing it timeline is OK, but it would be nice to be able to do in story as well since the visibility of the preview and transition is a bit more spaced out.  I'll probably just submit this to the Magix folks as it seems like a defect and not just noob issue.
