Is this a question about Photostory Deluxe? if so, I will move it to the correct area of the forums.

I ask this question because your post seems to imply you are wanting to use these transitions in another software. Is that correct?

If not, and the problem is occurring for you in PS Deluxe, please tell us a lot more about your computer (please read this post and give us ALL the details requested there) along with the exact version of PS which you have (you can check this under Help>About) and exactly which transitions do not work.
