PhotoStory 2021 upgrade Freezes and Doesn't work

I upgraded from PhotoStory 2016 to "PhotoStory 2021" It shows as "PhotoStory Deluxe" in and it is slow to load then Freezes for a longtime on the Splash Screen, then Sits there and doesn't work. The fact that I can't call someone by phone for a company this large with as many products as they have, is troubling. I have bought many of the Products! I have an Windows 10, and ASUS PC with Intel core i7 ; 16 Gb RAM; and I have over 500Gb free HD space. After I finally get a response on my mouse other than a blue circle it throws up a crash error window. "Crash Log" then it Fails to have anything in the crash log. what a waste of hard earned money. I have 15 products from MAGIX and have bought many XARA and MAGIX software over the Years if I cant resolve this quickly, I'm Done!!! Now, I am down to the wire trying to get the Slideshow for my Son's Graduation Party!

When i try to send the crash log , the error is crash log could not be sent!!!
